ASSESSMENT
We believe that effective church plants are led by leaders with a specific gift set. Therefore, we value formal assessment as the starting point for all church planting candidates. Assessments last for four days and are held twice a year.
COACHING
Church planting can be lonely. We believe strong coaching, both pre- and post-launch, is essential to the health of the planter and the church. As a CCPN plant, you will be partnered with one of our coaches to ensure you are fully equipped for success in your new church.
TRAINING
Not only will you have a coach that inspires you along the way, but a full week of boot camp training, covering all of the nuts and bolts of church planting, is a part of your relationship with the CCPN.
NETWORKING
We believe that one of the most valuable tools a planter can have is relationships with other like-minded pastors. Therefore, we provide networking opportunities among our church plants throughout the year.
FUNDING
Effective church planting today has substantial up front costs. We believe plants should be funded to meet the needs of their particular community. The CCPN administers a two-year funding model that has significant benefits for both the planter and the church.
